"I have been a state farm customer for almost 20 years. All of which have been with the Tim Murphy team. They always go above and beyond to help out! Dealing with Alexis most recently, I reached out yesterday about a billing question, and since their system was down, she told me she would follow up this morning with the solution. She did so first thing this morning which is so nice! They always make sure their customers are satisfied, and I have NEVER had a complaint. Thank you Alexis and all of the Tim Murphy team!"

"Was lied to about my quote, and when I caught them they lied to about my coverage, my debit card was billed $500 for insurance I never got. Only place I’ve ever heard of that can charge a debit card but not issue a refund. Next step is a chargeback with my bank"

"The day of purchase, you called and were unhappy with the Drive Safe and Save program element on your policy, and the immediate draft of your account. Our mantra is ensuring customers always understand the elements of purchase and we have a checklist that is covered during a sale, including payment timing. We certainly take ownership and apologize if there was a lack of understanding regarding payment timing and terms. It is our job to communicate clearly and effectively. Our rep indicated we would be able to refund you that day and asked if you would prefer a full refund and you replied “I just might” and hung up. We attempted to reach you via email and text but did not receive confirmation for 3 days. During that period, State Farm issued the policy. Upon your request, we called and asked that the refund to be expedited; however, once a policy goes into their system, the process is out of our control and can be slower than we would like. Please know, facilitating your refund is important to us and we are doing everything possible to make that happen quickly."

"Great customer service! I made a mistake on the address on my new policy and I needed it fixed right away on a Friday afternoon. Jeff, in Tim Murphy’s office, not only fixed it in time, he called to make sure it was correct and that I had everything I needed before the weekend started. Awesome! Thanks, Jeff!"

"I met with Jeff Marshall today. He assisted me with filing a supplemental claim for a crash. Mr Marshall was highly knowledgeable about the claim I needed and assisted me in uploading and sending the proper documentation to the claims adjuster. He also provided me with guidance and added information to help me with this process. He is a great asset to the company. I have been a customer of Tim Murphy for 19 years."
