"Do not use this location if you need someone to help if there are any problems with your account. This office has dropped the ball more then one time after both my parents passed away within 11 months of each other. The "system of record" is nothing if someone misses an email and it never logged. This office has no clue about "making things right and doing right by a customer". They were paid in full when they should have never accepted the payment in the first place since they could not underwrite a new policy due to the age of the home, and now trying to unfairly prorate a refund. I wish i could give negative stars. Hey there!! You can respond here but return my calls!! Wow. It’s not about Florida law. It’s ignoring an email sent in February when my father was still alive. There should have been no reason State Farm did not update this policy correctly or refund the payment in a timely manner. It was paid in full in January and not refunded until June which was a month after my father passed. I will continue to tell the truth on this situation. You have not researched this completely and I’m filing a formal complaint against your office with corporate. Please call me. Have a great day!!"

"I met with Jeff Marshall today. He assisted me with filing a supplemental claim for a crash. Mr Marshall was highly knowledgeable about the claim I needed and assisted me in uploading and sending the proper documentation to the claims adjuster. He also provided me with guidance and added information to help me with this process. He is a great asset to the company. I have been a customer of Tim Murphy for 19 years."
